About Our
Organization

Mary Burlie once said "We might have different colors of our skin, we might have different shapes, but we are all the same. We grow in skills and understanding, we grow in appreciation of each other and of this global community. We do have a big task ahead of us but I have no doubts when I look into the eyes and I hear the hearts of every one of you, that we can achieve the goals no matter how difficult it may be"

Mary Burlie was an incredible woman who dedicated her entire life to being a source of positive change to all those she came across. Mary was beacon of light for all those that needed her and counted on her.  On July 13th of 2021 the City of Edmonton honoured Mary, by proclaiming July 13th Mary Burlie Day!

Mary's legacy of compassion and concern for humanity compels us to keep her work alive.  The family of Mary Burlie have created a non-profit society to push forth her efforts and we welcome you contact us to join in our pursuits.
